Touch controls allow you to select from six settings including Neapolitan, thin crust, deep dish, New York, frozen, and manual modes. The timer can be set for up to 20 minutes plus preheat, and the internal thermal control maintains safe operation from 80 to 450 degrees C. The clear viewing window lets you monitor your pizza as it cooks, and the included pizza stone and peel support easy serving.
